I feel blessed to have been called by Community of Christ ~ St. Luke's six years ago to serve as Pastor of Youth and Families.  This is the first and only church my beautiful wife Heather and I have served.  We have been married for 10 years and have two children (Eli-our toddler son, and Rose-our baby daughter) who bring joy and challenge to every day.  I have a deep love for children and you can find me giving "high fives" whenever there are young people around.  Working with teenagers has both kept my spirit young and added to the growing number of gray hairs on my head.   

My other passion is seeing lives transformed by the "renewing of the mind" through God's Word (Romans 12:2).  My schedule revolves around teaching classes, leading small groups, answering email inquiries, leading Q & A sessions, preaching, and talking about God one on one in my office or at the coffee shop.  I enjoy new thoughts, creativity, and challenges.  You can often find me reading a new book or engaged in a new game (sports, strategy, cards, etc…).
